“ Had the short hair Vietnamese lady that I've never seen before. Excellent service, as always. I got my split ends cut and a shave/groom. I would venture to say that this is the best shave I've had since going to KC Barbershop, and I think I've always gotten good to great shaves there, so that is high praise given how high the bar already was. Can't really go wrong here. My only advice is to have no preference in barber. There can be two or three guys waiting for the first chair on the left(Kelly?) and you can go straight past them to get in a chair right away. They are all good to great barbers. The only thing that I see her do that is noticeably better than the others is the massage at the end. I am occasionally jealous of that, where she's just beating the heck out of their shoulders, but I don't think a post cut massage is worth waiting up to an hour for. You may disagree. ”
